Concrete Block Machine Production Process

It consists of the weighing process mixing process, molding process, curing process, and packaging process.

First sand and gravel are weighed and delivered to the mixer with the right ratio. Then water and cement are added as much as required. Powdered portland cement is stored in cement silos and delivered with cement screws to a special hopper called cement hopper and then it is added to the mixer. Water is also added with digital counters. Then the mixer starts to mix the mortar until it is homogenized. After that, it is delivered to the hopper of the concrete block machine.
